Handheld PCs Pros and Cons

Handheld PCs are crossover devices. They’re almost as small and light as a Pocket PC, yet they have a nearly full-sized keyboard and a larger screen. Though they may look like a PC notebook computer, they’re running a Windows CE-based operating system, just like their Pocket PC cousins. That means they’re instant-on, instant-off, use up less battery power, and are easier to maintain.
