Should I upgrade my iPAQ h5450 to Windows Mobile 2003?
I recently bought an older iPAQ h5450, which came with Pocket PC 2002 Premium Edition software built in. Is it advantageous to update this device to the Windows Mobile 2003 software? Will the latest version of Windows Media work with PC 2002?

My overall experience with Windows Mobile 2003 on an h5450 is just not that good. However, the version of Windows Media Player that comes with the Windows Mobile 2003 software is much improved. If that is your primary purpose you may find it worth while.

Looking for high-quality MP3 player for Pocket PC
I am looking for a good sounding MP3 player for my iPAQ h3800 Pocket PC. The most important feature to me is the sound quality of the playback.

iPlay C/S is a full-featured MP3 player.
It's not free and it's not real easy to learn, but IMHO nothing comes close to iPlay C/S (http://iplay.40th.com/). You'll need a great sounding set of headphones to hear all it has to offer, and a good source. Read the manual and take the time to learn how to use it; I don't think you'll be happy with anything less.
