Quick Tips & Tricks

The site discussion at www.brighthand.com/ubb/Forum2/HTML/000244.html will show you how to download to your desktop and from there convert it to the appropriate format by using a conversion program from Converter's Paradise (http://hem.spray.se/joakim.slettengren).
I've converted some of my DVDs to MPEGs and then to AVI using software and instructions from Digital Digest (www.digital-digest.com) but I still can't get the desktop PC converter that came with my Casio Palm-size PC to convert anything over 50 Mb. It converts the Audio but when it gets to the video conversion part it doesn't work.

You can convert MOV files to AVI movies that can be converted to CMF files. To do this you must download QuickTime and put in a registration code and use QuickTime Pro. QuickTime Pro will convert MOV and streaming movies to AVI.

Also, see PocketTV (www.mpegtv.com/wince/pockettv) for a Windows CE video viewer if your device doesn't have one (see Screen 1).
