New owners need to know how to install and remove applications.

How to unlock their Smartphone: Some of these devices are sold "locked," which means you can't install third-party applications on them. Unlocking them allows you to install a wide range of freeware and commercial programs on them, greatly improving the Smartphone's capabilities.
