The number of third-party games and applications for non-touch screen smartphones continues to increase dramatically. As with the touch screen categories, Nominations Manager Werner Ruotsalainen and our Board of Experts selected the best titles within each of 38 end-user software categories.
Given the magnitude of this task and despite our best efforts, some excellent titles may have slipped through the cracks.
