How many people have integrated a Pocket PC application with their CRM system? Which CRM system was it? Was it a thin-client, web-based, or local Pocket PC-based application? Was the data replicated and stored on the device, or was it accessed on the server via wireless connectivity? Was the app developed by your CRM vendor, a third-party, or did you do it yourself? What types of functionality and data were exposed? What about Smartphones, CE.NET devices, or Tablet PCs?
I know of a few companies doing some pretty incredible things with Pocket PCs and CRM, but I don't know how widespread that trend is. Please feel free to post your experiences, thoughts and/or ideas about Customer Relationship Management systems and how they can leverage the potential of Pocket PCs.
