Writing code for pocket PCs

I have been writing code in VB and VBA for some years now for Windows PCs. Things like simple games and databases which require code to process the data. (I like writing code!)

I am thinking of purchasing a second-hand PC such as the HP Jornada 568. Is this a good device for my requirements, or should I look for something else. I need to keep costs down as much as possible. I currently have VB5 including the Control Creation edition.

Thanks in advance

A Jornada will work but you are better off with something running at least windows 2003 SE. The Jornada runs Pocket PC 2002 and there's not very much dev support for that right now.
