2 pocket pc's, 1 computer...

Hi,
I'm a newbie here, and with pocket pc's, and would appreciate any help offered.

My wife and I each have a pocket PC (ASUS A600). Between us we have one lap top computer that we'd like to use to backup our data to outlook. Ideally, what we'd like to do is this:

1) to each be able to dock to the computer and see/work with our own schedules (individually) in outlook.
2) to be able to have the option of downloading eachothers schedules/appointments to our pocket pc's.

Is this possible? If I'm making no sense, let me know and I'll try explaining myself again!
thank you.

Of course this is possible. First you need to connect your Pocket PC to your laptop using activesync(AS). AS will automatically sync your PDA with Outlook and you can download version 4.2 free on Microsoft website. This way you'll have a backup of your Calendar and Contacts on your laptop. Any contact that you add/delete on your pda or laptop will be synchronized automatically. As for your wife, simply create a user account for her to log on to the laptop. Let me know if you need further info.

Thanks meslierlp,

What I'm not quite understanding is how we can send eachothers' appointments to eachothers pocket pc's while still having seperate laptop logins?

Tap and hold your appointment (on the POcket PC) and select Send as vCalendar. You can also beam it using infrared or Bluetooth.

I don't think I have vCalender on my pocket pc (asus a600). It is pre pocket pc 2002.
