As felixgza said it is better to reinstall.You can cut and paste programs and in that case you will have to creat new short cuts in programs folder and delete old ones as they wo'nt work since path is changed.
Go to the built in storage, tap and hold, menu comes up, select cut, go to where you want it and tap on blank spot and select paste. If the program doesn't work, you will need to reinstall it and select the storage card rather than built in storage.
Be sure when it goes to the install menu in active sync that the option to install to default isn't turned on.
