My Axim X30 624 no longer connects automatically to my wireless network for some reason.
The network appears in what's Available but even after I select it and hit connect, it just continues to say Connecting and never does.
Quick someone help me, I am having withdrawal symptoms (shaking, shakin..)
Thnx

Adding to my original posting:...
the lovely circular arrows of connectivity no longer surrounds the WiFi antenna icon on the screen either.
What's up with that?

Go to settings and make sure something hasn't changed. If that doesn't show anything you might try to reinstall the driver for the card if you have one, or maybe as a last effort hard reset, but remember to back up before you do so you don't loose anything.
If that doesn't work maybe you have a problem in the unit????

Well, I did a hard reset (after doing a Backup of course) and it worked great until I did Restore. So I did another hard reset and did a sync with my laptop to restore only my Contacts, Calendar, Task, Notes & Pictures and so far so good. The Axim X30 is working again like the day I got it.
My thoughts about what caused it points to a software called Hitchhiker: [http://www.kasuei.com/hitchhiker/]-program that helps connect to WiFi networks and ultimately the internet. I noticed that I could not close the program the normal way for a while, and it would freeze the PPC and require a soft reset.
I have not reinstalled Hitchhiker but I know I'll miss it. Can anyone suggest another WiFi sniffer and easy-connect program? Of course free is always the preferred price.
Thanks
