Handheld Learning 2007 - Oct 10-12th, London

Hello there

Just a short note, for those with an interest for using Pocket PC's and other mobile technologies in their teaching practice, advising that Handheld Learning 2007 will be held on October 10-12th in London at the Westminster Central Halls (adjacent to Westminster Abbey and opposite the Houses of Parliament!).

We have a capacity for 1,000 delegates this year and are very much looking forward to seeing many of our friends from the U.S. and other parts of the world. Nearly 25% of our delegates came from outside the U.K. last year and we're hoping to improve on that percentage this year. Tony Vincent presented and reported on last years conference which you can read here.

This year Tony Vincent and Mark van't Hooft are on the steering commitee for the conference joining senior representatives from government and industry including the DfES, Becta, Microsoft, Apple Computer, and Intel.

If you'd like to participate, pre-registration can be made now for priority when we start bookings at the end of March at: www.handheldlearning2007.com.

Hope to see you there!

Graham Brown-Martin
