Multiple Bluetooth Handsfree Problem

I have an 8525 and my car has a Kenwood deck with the Bluetooth hands-free module. I just bought a Plantronics 350 Bluetooth headset. The problem is, the 350 does not have an off button (as far as I can tell.) I don't want to use the 350 while I am in the car, it's for out of the car only. However, now it overrides the Kenwood Bluetooth. I know I can disable the Hands-free service in the pairing of the 350 in my 8525, but that is painstaking. Does anybody know of any software that will allow me to switch between one device or another manually, or of a way of making one device take precedence over another?

I'm open for any ideas at this point, otherwise, I can't even take the 350 with me anywhere.

All you have to do is just hold down on the main button on the headset for 2 seconds and it will turn off. You will see the headset LED turn solid red. When it does that, release the button. If you hold it down too long, the headset will go into discovery mode and the LED will flash red and blue quickly.

To turn the headset back on, hold that same button down for 2 seconds. At this point the LED will flash in blue.
