Aaarrrggghhhh. I know we are all tired of hearing the, "When will it be here" questions, but AT&T is killing me. I am excited at many of the changes that WM6 will mean. The HTML email is a big one. I saw the news that upgrades would be available for the 8525 so I am happy about that. It is just the waiting that is driving me nuts.
BTW-I got the WM5 ROM update and it has some really nice functional changes. That just makes my mouth water for the WM6 upgrade.

Ive just acquired a new AT&T 8525- lovin it ( of course now that the ATT Tilt' has been announced for september release at $500.00 , i can just use my bt gps if i need navigation, my rx5915 does that job just well in my car anyways)
From what ive gathered in all the articles WM6 upgrade for the 8525 will not only allow HTML-, but will also allow 'YouTube' to be finally viewed (any wm6 users that can confirm?) Also! the use of the controversial High Capacity microSD card- hopefully will open the floodgates for development of higher cap cards-6 8 10+GBs (?!) i cant wait!!!

I am not a huge YouTube user, but I took another look after reading your post. I was pretty sure I had watched videos on it before. From PIE I get an error about the unsupported video type, but I can view it easily from Opera. If you are frequently visiting YT, you might want to check Opera out.

Thanks for the response.. Nah, I'm not really a YT Fan.. but nice to have some other form of entertainment when stuck somewhere nothing to do.. (like i don't have enuf stuff to browse, or programs to play with [:D] ). Yeah, PIE does not support, and neither does Thunderhawk. Just for curiousity sake, i'll check it out on Opera.
What i'm really looking forward for is the use of SDHC cards (once upgraded to wm6!)

A WM6 upgrade is available for the ATT 8525 PPC. The information page must be read in detail. The download will only be available until 02/01/08. The ATT 8525 will continue to be manufactured with WM5.
