Axim x51v

I live in New Zealand which as standard is Greenwich mean Time plus 12 hours. We have just moved our clocks forward one hour to accommodate daylight saving. My laptop computer has accepted this quite happily, but the Axim insists that it is one hour earlier.
If I set the time on the Axim to one hour later it still reverts within a few minutes to one hour earlier.
I have changed my place of residence to Tonga which is Greenwich mean Time plus 13 hours.
This appears to work perfectly well and my today screen now shows the correct time. I have not had to do this before, why is it different now?

Have you installed the DST patch for your OS version? Microsoft has posted several patches in their download area related to various date and regional changes in DST switch-over.

I thought I had so I made sure and installed it again and it told me that I had already done it.
I am quite happy to pretend that I now live in Tonga which I am sure is a delightful place and I am not inconvenienced, just curious.

Very strange (the issue, not Tonga). I wonder if you will see anything change when the old DST switch-over date passes.
