tasks.exe error message "no memory available"

I have a Motorola Q9h smartphone with Windows Mobile 6 and so does my husband. I sync the smartphones with Outlook on my PC. Syncs seem to go fine. However, I cannot access the task list on the smartphone. If I launch tasks, I get an error message "no memory available".

I have tried cleaning the memory, doing a soft reset, and tentatively exploring system files with Resco Explorer. I can't figure out how to fix this error message so that I can use tasks.

Tasks launches fine on my husband's smartphone, and it has been synced to the same Outlook.

1. How many task records do you have?

2. what additional apps are you running / have you installed? Can you post a screenshot of the installed apps list?

Did you install an application recently that might have caused this? If I were you, I would backup my data and perform a hard reset.
