I'm using a Seimens SX66 PPC (WM3). I set up a IMAP4 connection to our company email. I'm using a data package from ATT.
I can download email via WIFI, but GPRS does not find a connection. I get an error that states "Cannot Connect" "If you use a modem to connect to your ISP ensure that it is inserted correctly. To connect to your network, you must create a modem (dialup) connection or a vpn connection. To create a connection tap Settings."
I have a connection up - I can get on the web fine.
Anyone have any idea??

I had to call AT&T to set up my device when I bought it. They showed be how to go in to set up the wireless correctly...at the time I was a bit of a noob. You may need to give them a call and let them know what problems you are having. I am sorry I can't give better advice, but I am not too familiar with that model device.
BTW - Have you gone into "Settings" and selected the "GPRS Settings" icon? It may need to be changed.
