I just received the AT&T Tile (HTC TyTN II) with Windows Mobile 6. There's quite a bit of work that I had to do to the phone to get it to my liking. AT&T seems to have gone th way of so many desktop computer vendors by preloading the phone with trials of a lot of [unwanted] applications with no clear way of removing them. I managed to find where these trials were stored on the file system and have removed most of them along with reorganizing the Programs menu to a more acceptable state. I also manage to get the PTT button mapped back to the Voice Recorder application and Voice Command.
Pocket MSN is altogether missing and has been replaced with an AT&T app for instant messaging. I've removed the AT&T application and have for now replaced it with Palringo. But I would really like to have Pocket MSN on the device. Is there any way of downloading and installing Pocket MSN or is it only available as a preloaded application.

MSN Messenger has been removed by AT&T and it is not available for download. Besides Palringo, there are other third party applications that lets you use instant messaging application on your device. eBuddy [www.ebuddy.com] is one among them. But Octro Talk [www.octro.com] is, I think, the best. Try it.
