That is a tough question, as it depends upon your use of a device, and the features you need. If you need a device that is fully functional, has a touchscreen, keyboard, GPS etc, I would go for the AT&T Tilt. If you are not needing a hot rod device, you may want to look at the Blackjack models. If you are looking for more non-business use, complete with lots of entertainment options, the iPhone may be the device you want.
Could you describe the type of use the device will see? Business or personal? What type of applications do you need? Do you need it for email mostly? If you can provide more info, it might help others make suggestions.
