I have a bunch of movies in WMV format that I can watch on my Windows Mobile device. We are launching an iPhone Edition of Smartphone & Pocket PC magazine. How can I convert my WMV files into a format that my iPod touch can use?

I use an excellent app called Jodix Free iPod Converter. It has proven very handy for converting files.
