QUICKTIME SOFTWARE
We need software to provide: 1. QuickTime Streaming video server, 2. a QuickTime media Server, 3. Software for PocketPC streaming video player and 4. Software for a PC video player.
Can you identify any software that we can use.

Playing back QuickTime is pretty tricky on WM - currently, there isn't a player compatible with ALL flavors of QT. Your best bet is CorePlayer or using a for example WMV trascoding server on a desktop computer.
