i have the LG-KS20 model, i bought a mircoSD card but my phone does not read it. it say it has to be installed. how do you install it? because usually a device reads a storage card automatically.
Some added information might help. What card are you trying to use, exactly? Have you been able to use other memory cards? As Linley pointed out, memory cards are pretty much insert and use unless the card is formatted with an unrecognized file system (use one of the FAT variations for a WM device) or is an unsupported form factor (e.g. a microSD slot does mean that microSDHC cards will work).

You are right. Your device should automatically detect the card. Insert the card into the device and reboot. Can you access the card?
