Hello, I am working with a Verizon Pocket PC 6700, an I-Go Stowaway Keyboard, and a Macbook. Recently the PPC began asking for passkey to allow it to connect to my other devices. I have been trying for days to figure out how to deal with this. I follow all the instructions but am still unable to connect the PPC to either of my other devices. The connection between the I-Go and my Macbook works but neither of them can complete the connection to the PPC because of this passkey issue. I have no idea why/how this started happening and the Verizon contact had no idea what I was talking about.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dunno what's this caused by. Did you try a hard reset (with a backup first so that you can still restore everything in case the hard reset doesn't help)?
