Bio: Jim Cummiskey is the Chief Technology Officer of mVentive, a mobile and wireless professional services and technology company based in Irvine, California. Jim has more than 11 years of experience in mobile computing and wireless data communications, having held the positions of Director of Strategic Alliances and Industry Analyst at Wireless Knowledge and Industry Analyst and Director of Consulting at Mobile Insights. Jim served in the U.S. Marine Corps, working on applying mobile computing strategies in combat situations. His work was also featured in Bill Gates' book, Business @ the Speed of Thought.
